Open Positions
Day Programs Mentor
Full & Part-time Available | $15.00 per hour
As a Day Programs Mentor at VIP Services, you will help to create and be part of activities that engage and enrich the lives of our program participants. We operate two types of Day Programs and you will train in both areas. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus, but equally important is that you desire to make a difference in the lives of others. We have an incredible team and a lot on the horizon that we're excited about- our team is growing. Come work for us! Please note that you must pass DOJ and Caregiver Background Checks and take a TB Skin test to be considered for this role.
Site Supervisor / Job Coach
Full-time | $16.00-20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Are you looking for a new career opportunity? Do you want to truly make a difference every day? VIP Services is in need of Working Site Supervisors / Job Coaches on our Rest Area Maintenance (RAM) team. We have one full-time opening at the rest area on I-90 in Janesville. The ideal candidates will have experience working with adults with disabilities, ability to work independently, have the skills to train people in janitorial functions and maintain a safe environment for travelers and workers. Responsibilities include janitorial, grounds maintenance, job coaching, and minor building repairs. The shift for this job is Thursday through Monday 9:00am-5:30pm. Please note that you have a valid drivers license, that you pass DOJ and Caregiver Background Checks and take a TB Skin test to be considered for this role.
Driver
Part-time | $18.00 per hour
We are not actively hiring drivers at this time but are accepting applications for future opportunities. As a Driver at VIP Services, you will transport our passengers to and from various destinations. We have mini-vans, small busses and medium sized busses. All vehicles in our fleet are equipped with either a lift or a ramp. No CDL required. Prior experience is a plus, but what we really look for are awesome people that desire to make a difference for others. We have an incredible team of individuals that LOVE what they do and our team is growing. Come work for us!
