How Do I pay For My Ride?
When you call to arrange a ride, our schedulers will inquire as to whether you have a funding source. They will also ask other questions that will determine the rate category that would be used. Co-payments are collected at the time of your ride. We accept cash only due at the time of pick up. For out of county only, we will also accept check (made payable to VIP Services), or credit card (call to pay by phone). If you have a funding source, they will be invoiced.
