VIP Awarded $20,000 Grant from United Way Walworth County

On July 23rd, 2026 at the annual VIP Services summer picnic we celebrated the people we serve and the community partners who help make our work possible. We were honored to welcome our friends from the United Way of Walworth County, including CEO Brian Holt and Board President Kyle Hundt.

During the picnic, the United Way of Walworth County formally awarded VIP with a $20,000 grant in support of our Transportation program, which has become an essential service for so many throughout the region, and our Therapeutic Horticulture program, which has emerged as a local leader in addressing food insecurity. Craig Poshepny accepted the award on behalf of VIP. Tom Hapka, not pictured here, authored the grant for VIP.

VIP Services is thankful to Brian Holt, Kyle Hundt, and the entire United Way team for their generosity and continued support, and for recognizing the important contributions of nonprofit organizations in Walworth County. Their partnership strengthens the work happening here every day, and this award will help us do even more for our community.
