VIP Services awarded a grant from the Green Bay Packers Foundation

We are thrilled to announce that VIP Services has been awarded a grant from the Green Bay Packers Foundation! This is an enormous moment for our organization, and a powerful recognition of the important work our amazing clients do every single day.

This year, the Packers Foundation focused on supporting programs that address animal welfare, health and education, civic and community initiatives, and environmental stewardship — areas where VIP Services Inc. clients continue to make a meaningful impact here in Walworth County.

Through our therapeutic horticulture program, our clients grow fresh fruits and vegetables while learning about agriculture, nutrition, the environment, and community service. In 2025 alone, VIP Services Inc. clients donated nearly 2,000 pounds of produce to local food pantries, helping families in need. Our clients also support animal welfare by volunteering at Lakeland Animal Shelter and organizing food drives for pets and people to support area residents and their companion animals facing food insecurity.

The Green Bay Packers Foundation grant will allow VIP Services Inc. to expand these programs in 2026, helping our clients continue their hands-on work and broadening the impact they make in the community.

To celebrate this honor, CEO Craig Poshepny and HR Director Dawne Alderman represented VIP Services Inc. during a formal reception held by the Packers at Lambeau Field on Wednesday, December 17th. They had the opportunity to connect with leaders of other Wisconsin nonprofits and Packer legends, including retired All-Pro Vonnie Holliday! VIP’s accomplishments were acknowledged at the gathering, shining a massive spotlight on the dedication our clients and staff show every day — and that tireless effort continues.

Our team is still hard at work on our Holiday Food Drive for Pets and People to benefit the Elkhorn Food Pantry and those they serve. Clients and staff are on the ground in the community raising awareness and collecting donations even as our organization celebrates this tremendous honor!
